I took my watch in for battery replacement and was pleasantly surprised by the prompt and friendly service I received. The staff really knew their stuff and made sure to check for any other potential issues. While I was waiting, they even showed me some of their custom pieces, which were stunning! I’ll admit, I didn’t realize how long the repair would take, about 30 minutes, but I didn’t mind because there was a nice area to sit. They aimed to complete it quickly and did a fantastic job. The only downside was that the waiting area could use a bit more seating, especially during peak hours. Overall, a really positive experience, and I’ll definitely come back for any future watch repairs!

When I finally got my necklace back, I was amazed at how it looked! It was as if it had never been broken. The only thing I would suggest is to perhaps offer more flexible hours, as it was a bit tricky for me to visit during the weekdays.
